Horn Lake subdivisions are tight — a lot of the housing stock is on lots under a quarter acre, which means the actual mowing is quick and the cost is dominated by trimming and setup. Practical implications: fenced back yards with narrow gates are common here, and if the 60-inch deck does not fit, the back gets cut with a 21-inch walk-behind.
